^ Day 1 - 01 Feb 2025 - Reykjavik - 

Begin the adventure with an exhilarating Northern Lights boat trip, immersing ourselves in the mystical beauty of the Aurora Borealis. Afterward, check into the Hotel Grandi by Center Hotels, centrally located in Reykjavik, where you'll enjoy comfortable accommodations and savor a delectable three-course dinner. (D)

Day 2 - 02 Feb 2025 Reykjavik - 

Explore the fascinating exhibits at the Perlan Museum, offering panoramic views of Reykjavik and beyond. Then, marvel at the striking architecture of the Harpa concert hall before indulging in a relaxing experience at Sky Lagoon Pure, where you can unwind in soothing geothermal waters surrounded by Iceland's stunning landscapes. Day 3 - 03 Feb 2025 Hella - 

We're treated to a culinary delight with a three-course lunch at Restaurant Fjöruborðið in Stokkseyri, featuring local delicacies such as langoustine soup and langoustine tails. Later, retire to the tranquil countryside ambiance of the Stracta Hotel Hella for a restful night's sleep - or maybe some Aurora viewing (fingers crossed!). (B,L)

Day 4 - 04 Feb 2025 Hella - 

Today we're surrounded by Iceland's geological wonders with a visit to the Lava Centre Hella. Here we'll see interactive exhibits and cinematic experiences bring the island's volcanic landscapes to life. Then, embark on a guided tour of the Caves of Hella, delving deep into ancient lava formations. For those seeking adventure, an optional snowmobile tour offers an adrenaline-fueled exploration of Eyjafjallajökull. (B,D)

Day 5 - 05 Feb 2025 Stykkisholmur - 

Descend into the depths of the Vatnshellir Lava Cave for a captivating underground adventure. Along the way, soak in the breathtaking views at Londrangar, Arnarstapi, and the iconic Kirkjufell viewpoint. End our day at the Fosshotel Stykkisholmur, nestled amidst the scenic landscapes of the Snæfellsnes Peninsula. (B,D)

Day 6 - 06 Feb 2025 Stykkisholmur - 

Set sail on a Viking Sushi Adventure Boat Tour, where we'll feast on freshly caught seafood delicacies while cruising along the picturesque coastline of Stykkisholmur.

Day 7 - 07 Feb 2025 Saudarkrokur - 

Sauðárkrókur is the largest town in Northwest Iceland and the second-largest town on the north coast of Iceland, and is an important link in Iceland's food production. We'll experience authentic Icelandic hospitality at Guesthouse Mikligardur, offering cozy accommodations in a charming countryside setting. (B,D)

Day 8 - 08 Feb 2025 Varmahlid - 

Embark on a memorable horse riding adventure on the intriguing Icelandic Pony. Our path known as The Viking Ride, traversing scenic trails and soaking in the natural beauty of Varmahlid. (B,D)

Day 9 - 09 Feb 2025 Akureyri - 

Encounter majestic whales on a thrilling whale watching excursion in Akureyri, followed by a rejuvenating soak in the geothermal waters of the Myvatn Nature Baths. (B,D)

Day 10 - 10 Feb 2025 Keflavik - 

Retracing our steps back to the main part of the island. we'll conclude our Icelandic journey with a final farewell dinner and one nights stay at the Konvin Hotel - Keflavik Airport, conveniently located for our departure the following day.

Day 11 - 11 Feb 2025 Keflavik - 

Bid farewell to Iceland from Keflavik Airport, cherishing memories of an unforgettable journey through Iceland's diverse landscapes and cultural treasures. Or continue the journey with a visit to Greenland and Denmark.

Tour itinerary and pricing are subject to change at any time.  Your place is confirmed on receipt of a non-refundable deposit.

Finals are due 80 days prior to departure. Please see our terms and conditions for cancellation details. All prices are in Australian dollars and subject to currency fluctuations. 

If the minimum numbers (12 pax) are not met alternative travel arrangements may be made, however in the instance that this is not possible, the tour may be cancelled. and your deposit returned. Please note twin rooms are based on two co-travellers sharing a room - if you choose this option as a single traveller, you may be required to pay the full supplement in the event no other single traveller wishes to share. Travel insurance is required to participate.
